1st TASK: Practice the 3 main basic beat of beatbox for 15 minute.
2nd TASK: Practice the Advanced beat of beatbox for 15 minute.
3rd TASK: Combine everything together and produce a BEATBOX sound.
4th TASK: Practice the Instrument sound of beatbox for More Advanced level of beatbox.
OUTCOME: You will be the human instruments and you can make your own beatbox.

WHO ARE THEY: Love to play game and hardcore gamer
WHAT FOR: To teach gamer how to play whole night and won't feel tired and continue to play on till the next day.
1st TASK: Don't play alone! Invite your friends to play together.
2nd TASK: Always focus and pay attention every second of your game. Don't day dreaming
3rd TASK: After of few hours gaming, take a 5 minute break. Go to toilet or have some drinks.
4th TASK: On skype to talk with friends together while gaming, always shout and speak loud to each other to make yourself awake.
OUTCOME: You can be a hardcore gamer and play till whole night!

3rd TASK: Emotion and Attitude always change and day dreaming everywhere
4th TASK: Giving reaction slow to someone who asking you question and act stupid.
